It works pretty well.
This works great on thin plastic bags, like chips and such. It did not work at all on frozen food bags, but they are much thicker plastic. The instructions are written in Chinese, but the diagrams are pretty clear. Turn the knob to "plus" sign to seal, turn it to "negative" sign to use the blade opener and to turn it off. It is a handy tool.

Can you read Chinese?
Totally in Chinese. I never got it to work at all! No way to correspond since the entire package was in Chinese. Worst product I have EVER purchased. Amazon should remove this item.
