Don't bother with cordless, battery powered unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money! Cheap battery powered are not performing at all. Proper machine cost over £1k. These device is simple, does the job perfectly and with little practice will give you great results!. I use it for strapping various loads to the pallets and so far I am really impressed with all aspects of this piece of kit. Takes a little practice but once you master feeding the strap correctly, really easy to use . You don't need to remember to charge the batteries, just grab the strap, clips and off you go! Takes about a minute to stretch 2 straps. Really impressed!!!

Just what I wanted for the job

Tension tool works well and seems good quality despite what some other reviews say, banding tape is tape, not much can add here except you won't break it in a hurry.. But the clips are not great, width is very tight on this width of tape and no spring in them so they twist and close up to easily before getting the tapes to a decent tension, prob' chucked every 2nd clip and lost alot of tape trying 2nd & 3rd attempt. Tried slightly bigger clips from another supplier and all worked first time with this tape & tool.

The “Composite Polyester Cord Strapping Kit” from “Anmas Power” is an incredibly handy thick strapping cord kit for strapping packaging or garden items with. I principally ordered this strapping to securely strap a load of wood planks together prior to transporting them to a farmyard a number of miles away. The strapping is thick and incredibly robust, providing a firm hold on a stack of wood planks. It’s also easy to cut, despite its strength and thickness. I actually took to cutting the lengths with a thick pair of kitchen scissors we have in the house. These proved ideal for the job. Although it should be notes – these are quite heavy-duty scissors. The reusable buckles that come with the set also make the strapping process that much simpler. The straps are connected at either end by simply threading the strapping through the twin prongs of the buckles and it holds them tight and secure. Having since transported the aforementioned stacks of wooden planks, I have to say this strapping was absolutely perfect. No issues at all with the strength or hold the strapping had on the planks. Absolutely can’t fault the strapping at all.

This is brilliant for using and making my own strong strapping at the perfect length needed as the strapping comes in a roll 2 x 50 metres long and with 50 buckles means im able to make a minimum of 25 straps based on the buckles. The strap is 3/4 of a inch wide and when combined with the buckles are super strong i can see so many ways in my mind as to how and what im going to use this for from making my own individual secure strapping to keep items closed and secured, im putting some together to hang at different lengths in the garden for my plants & pots, the list goes on and on as to the possibilities which makes this such a clever and inexpensive way to making my own and being individual.

This is an extremely strong strapping that is exactly what I needed for tidying up my workshop. Unfortunately I forgot to order the buckles and the one I have aren’t strong enough, you will need the heavy duty ones for this strapping. It’s easy to cut with a stanly knife but definitely won’t break of it’s own accord.

You can shop around and buy a bigger real which works out cheaper however this is the best strapping out there.

This is good strong strapping and great to reinforce load bearing joints or for packaging heavy items.
