What is in the globe? Is it water? Oil? Do the bubbles move around when you shake it?

It's just a decorative piece is all. I love dragons and medival things so I bought this. It was smaller than I figured but it definitely works for a decor piece. No the bubbles don't move.. It's basically like a snow globe without movement but I love it.

How close is this to life size?

I believe it is made life-size (though of course I don't know what size of a man Caesar was... haha) The head and neck are roughly the same size as an average adult. The shoulders are not as wide as a normal adult but still to proportion. In the end I'd say it is life size though.

It says this is a garden sculpture. how does it hold up outside plus how to clean? thank you

The person I gave statue to has it on her bookcase inside the house. and she loves it.

I read on a previous review here that the eyes looked crossed-eyed. Can I get some more opinions on whether or not it appears that way?

Caesar is not cross-eyed on this bust. The eyes appear to be looking up, not straight ahead. I've had this bust for several years and I think it looks pretty good.
