Q: Could this be cut to fit a child?

I got this last year and what they are hula skirts. 4 in all. I would say that for a child out fit would be annoying. Very warm after a while. The one for the head I sewed the top part on to a head band so it would fall down over the face. You would probably need less hula skirts for a child. Don't no about cutting them. Hat and glasses are fine. Hope this helps.

Q: Can an adult wear this?

I wore this but I ordered two. Otherwise it’s not dense enough

Q: How do you assemble the costume?

It comes in three pieces start at waiste and add rest over shoulders is very warm and needs to be kept away from anyone smoking for safety purposes sorry for the H&S bit but essential as you will see if you buy itRegards

Q: Im just under 7ft tall will this be long enough?

No it’s quite short on my friend who’s 5,10
