Good for bile flow, thinning bile and assisting in fat digestion. Beetroot contains TMG. This is a quality supplement, I have tried others which are not as effective. I now take Solgar Choline instead which I find to be more effective for my needs, as choline is a precursor for TMG production in the body. However, this supplement was very effective and I recommend it.
