My friend recommended these to help with my anxiety
My friend recommended these to help with my anxiety. I was sceptical so ended up taking a few my friend gave me to try. These are only vitamins and minerals, so don't expect miracles, however, they do seem to level me out a little, I'm generally less anxious and my energy levels don't peak and trough quite as much. Maybe it's the placebo effect, either way, I'd recommend trying them, see if they help you.

I'm taking a statin and blood pressure med and have been looking for something to help get my energy back. This multivitamin gradually seems to help. Less muscle aches and cramps. Sleep better too. Other products I tried had too much caffeine which worked initially but gave me a racey heart. So i'm sticking with this one.

Having a daughter who suffers stress to the extent that her hair falls out I needed to help her deal with life's issues. So i bought this product on recommendation. This is her first week of using the energy and harmony capsules and already she seems more relaxed. She is feeling the benefit and anything that can help her keep her hair is a product that's worth keeping in the cupboard.

Bought Harmony for my dad. His blood pressure is tiny bit better maybe. But he's getting less calf cramp! He wants to keep taking it. Good combo.

Muscle cramp gone
Used to have crampex before it Disappeared. Was taking magnesium citrate & coenzymeq10 on its own but found this with magnesium potassium vitamin b coenzymes formula better and much better value. I think I sleep better to. Definitely recommend

Feeling better
Hard to describe. Not tranquil but things definitely feel a lot more steady. After a few days of taking them I seemed to sleep better and although I don’t have loads of energy I have a little more than usual. Really pleased.
