I have yet to find anything that tastes better than this for at home use. I may never purchase Keurig cups again.

I wound describe this as a medium roast rather than medium dark. It’s not smoky at all and I really did taste some chocolate and nougat notes which my wife and I both really like. I’m using this for both machine drip and hand pour over which are my usual brew methods. Red Rooster has a lot of other great premium and very highly rated coffees but for now I have ordered my second bag of Waxwing on Subscribe and Save. Definitely looking forward to buying other Red Rooster coffees on Amazon as well.

I am currently these beans for brewed coffee and the flavor is incredible. Balanced, full of flavor but not too overpowering. Not bitter at all and really not acidic either, I think this is the perfect balance for me. I’m still going to try this in espresso but I think this might be better suited for brewed coffee/pourover. I’ve been using my light roast beans for brewed coffee but it’s too light and acidic for me, they do taste much better in espresso. Whereas these coffee beans give me the best balance for brewed coffee. I grind using a Timemore 078S at grind setting 8. The ratio I’m using is 6 oz of water to 10 grams of coffee grind.

I liked this, the hints of praline and dark chocolate blend was blissful. The aroma was very good, and the taste was divine.

This is a solid medium with a lot of flavor and not much bitterness, right up my alley. Grinds and brews well with every method I've tried, drip, french press, pourover, etc. Haven't tried cold brew yet but I will. Minus one star because it's on the pricier side.

This is some really tasty coffee. I'm not a gourmet coffee person, I just know the usual name brands in the store are ok but not great (well some of them are not even really ok). This tastes do much better and is a nice wake up in the morning. I think part of that is the freshness and they must be using really good beans with a better roasting process than the everyday coffee brands in the store. I usually go for a dark roast but this is not too light on flavor even if it is medium roast.
