Only tape I will buy
A regular purchase for me as use on my legs weekly to help avoid shin pain. Easy to apply and lasts several days even after showering. Read instructions on how to apply and it stays on well.

Good support, but needs pre-adhesive spray
Good support, but get the pre-adhesive spray if you want it to stay on during sport!

I love this tape
I love this tape. I used it for weeks on my lower back and cannot believe how much better my back is. I didn't need to use it again for 3 months and then only used it for a few days. I am gutted I spent money previously on a chiropractor that didn't help and not on this stuff! My husband was an absolute non believer and struggled on with severe back pain. This week however he has given in and let me apply some tape to his back. He also cannot believe how it helps. How he walks and stands has improved and he reckons the pain is now 30% of what is was before. Amazing!!

Disappointing
Disappointing. I thought I'd get some "proper" branded KT tape as I wondered if it might be better - firmer, more sticky perhaps? But to be honest, this didn't meet expectations and performed worse than cheaper tapes. Despite being applied to clean, dry skin, it began to peel off whilst running. Even cutting rounded corners, it would peel at the edges post shower or with clothing. Any tape that overlapped with another strip of tape was guaranteed to come off first. It was slightly more water resistant but given the price point, I expected better. Will go back to the cheaper stuff!

Good quality, sticks well and helps relieve pain.

A game changer!!
This tape is absolutely fabulous, more effective than any off the shelf supports out there. Unlike cheaper versions on the market this stuff stays on for up to a week if I need it to, doesn't peel off or irritate me. Highly recommend - well worth chipping out for, it has proved an essential for all my long runs.
