Makes me feel safe at night...
I live alone and, in the front bedroom I cannot hear what's going on at the rear of the house. I have attached one to my back door, one to the sliding kitchen door and one to the dining room window. Since doing so I have slept much better knowing I will be woken by intruders. They're loud and the shrill pitch would definitely wake me, and scare off anyone trying to come in. A really cheap and effective alarm. A simple peel and stick. Would recommend.

Good but.....
I was not totally sure what to expect of these but I would agree with some of the other reviewers. These are so simple to install. Simply peel off of the backing and stick on. I did clean my window thoroughly first to make sure they stuck. I like the red warning logo that is the sticky pad - anyone looking from the outside can be left in no doubt what these are. However I fitted one to the glass panel of my front door and tested it. Oddly if you touch the glass panel directly on the outside of where the alarm is mounted it sounds and it is loud...certainly would deter any chancers. But when I opened the door with the door chain on even the motion of the chain abruptly stopping the door the unit did not sound. I needed several attempts to get it work. It seems location is very key here. Sensitivity of the alarm has been mentioned before but I was surprised that touching the glass panel immediately behind the alarm set it off but banging the door open against the door chain did not. I will of course leave it on but I would suggest it is perhaps best for glass panels on conservatories or vulnerable window glass.

Very loud!
I got four of these on all my downstairs windows, easy to fix to the windows and feels really secure, I don’t think it will be falling of anytime soon. Tested it out from the outside by knocking on the windows and it works really well. I can’t comment on the battery life as I just got them recently. I would definitely recommend them.

Great little alarms
Ordered these when they were temporarily out of stock, however, they kept their word and soon delivered them. These alarms are approx. 7cms, just under 3 inches, in diameter so they're fairly inobtrusive. They're easy to stick on to the window and the sticky really holds them firm. Mine have been up for a couple of months now nd holding very firmly. They're very sensitive to movement, even to the point that when my border collie does one of her high pitched yaps it can sometimes set the alarm off as it must rattle the window pane alittle. They're easy to turn off via the little switch on the front. I've got a flat room so have them positioned on the windows just above the roof. I feel so much safer now they're installed as I know they will go off if the windows are tampered with. They're really loud and would definitely wake you if they went off during the night. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase as they have been a cheap solution to my security problem. I would definitely recommend these.

they're good idea but don't have long life
I bought these and then very similar ones from another seller. the experience is the same. in the beginning they're very good. depending on how you installed them (i installed mine on window frames, so that they're not visible from outside but upon shock they get trigger) they worked fine for couple of months, then some units just stopped working after couple of months, no ideas why. (i have a reminder setup to test these every 60 days and replace batteries if needed). their lifespan seems to be between 6 months to a year max. Although they're good value for money and i don't mind replacing them, there seem to be another issue which i found out a few days ago. I lost my temper and banged one of the windows, the unit got triggered for half a second and then went quiet. i turned it off and turned it back on and it got activated successfully. i gently flicked on the unit and it got triggered like normal. i wonder do these alarms get trigger to small to medium shocks? what about hard/strong shocks? i don't feel they serve the purpose in that case.

Loud and to easy fit
These are much smarter than the old ones we had. After reading other reviews I didn't expect these to be quite so sensitive but they go off very loudly at the slightest touch and our cats vanish. The stickers with the dog on are separate to the alarm, this makes for a strange installation as alignment through double glazing is very hard. They are easy to fit, stick really well and do feel good quality. The on-off switch is awkward to use if you don't have the right shaped finger nails.
