I use this powder when I've been out for a run, I feel really dehydrated or if I'm sick and it's such a lifesaver.For years, I've been buying electrolyte tablets that dissolve in water and yeah, while they taste nice, they always felt like a bit of a scam because you get so little for the amount of money you pay for them.This powder doesn't really have a taste, but it is a little salty. Which should be expected because it's electrolytes. It has no real smell to it, and it dissolves easily. I usually just put it in my water with a bit of squash and I get the same effect as expensive tablets without the cost. If you don't stir your drink, or mix it up, it can be a bit gritty, but aside from that I've no issues with the product.I'd happily buy this again. In fact, I know it's going to be a repurchase already. You get so much for the price, and you even get a little scoop inside the bag so you're not having to eyeball how much product you need, so it's super easy to get the right dose.

Keep coming back to this- no junk, no sugar, just simple electrolytes.I follow keto lifestyle- I add to my water and if I feel a migraine coming on I take some more and it seems to help.Dissolves easily and the little scoop is the perfect size. It has a taste but I don't mind it.

Really helped me. During Ramadan when I was dehydrated due to fasting.Take 2 spoons of this every night and rehydrate and you won't feel thirsty the next day. Perfect.It's a great size although it's too big for the amount of powder you get. You need to put a clip at the bottom after folding it up.It's kinda easy to use, spoon is easy enough.The taste is very salty as to expected from unflavoured.Ongredients are good it's a little. Low. On magnesium however.Mixes well.
