I like the quality of this wire. The outside shielding has excellent thickness without being too stiff. The black and red wires within are excellent and easy to work regarding bending and stripping. Overall, I would suggest using this wire, if you can, for lower impedance.

I'm a sparky and love my electronics. Especially car equipment. This, by far, is the best wire to use for larger stereo speakers. OFC or Oxygen Free Copper is very expensive. GearIT makes it less expensive but doesn't bring the quality down. I've used these wires in 18 gauge, 14 gauge and now 12 gauge. They hold a lot of voltage and will keep your music crystal clear! Definitely one of the best buys I've made here. 20 of 5. I would buy over and over, if needed. Extremely durable.

Wired up my mother's back yard with premium equipment and went through 2 x 100 foot spools of this cable while connecting several high quality speakers at fairly long distances. I lost track of how many times I had to cut, strip and connect things, but I was very thankful for this cable as it made my job so much easier. Stripping 4 conductor speaker wire can be a hassle, but this wire is about as perfect as it gets. The outer jacket is easy to strip without nicking any of the inside wires and the inside wires stripped easily and cleanly. Very happy with this wire, it actually made a difficult install much easier than I expected.

I use this to wire PA speakers in our warehouse area. Very heavy duty wire and works perfectly.

This wire has worked amazing for my outdoor Sonos speakers. I don’t know how, but I snagged the 12/4 brown 250’ roll for $79.99 a couple years ago. Great product.

Convenient if you need 4-conductor 12-gauge wire, but pricey. Amazon basics wire is also OFC and 1/2 the cost. Why is that, exactly?

I bought this wire because it has the most copper strands of any I could find. For sound quality that is perhaps the most important factor. The wire did not disappoint.

Ripped off was told I was buying 12 gauge (4mm) wire and its 14 gauge only 2.5mm Absolutely useless to me thanks for the waste of 250 dollars

As other reviews have stated this is a 2 pair wire, fully encased in a shielding (not just a regular slip on). By being completely encased they prevent moisture from become trapped and degrading the inside wires and also make this much more durable for underground burial. Definitely a well made product. The only thing they can improve is to add a single strand of wire to the center of it to make peeling the jacket a little easier. Either way, well worth spending a little extra time to get this to work. Works especially well with cable glands. The 12 gauge is about 10mm or 3/8 inch thick and the wire seemed very soft and easy to work with. Copper quality seems very good as well. Sound quality at 50 feet with this wire is the same as wiring the speakers directly to my amp.

Very happy with this cable. It is heavy duty and flexible and meets all my needs.
