Portable just became PORTABLE
Easy to use. Works well re connecting to my computer systems / laptop etc Using a suitable 7,000+ with it proved to me astonishingly good for backing up my system. OP plus data.

NVME Caddy
Easy to assemble and use. USB C to USB 3.0 cable. Works well and good value for money. Has a heatsink you can apply to the NVME drive and it is simple to use.

A good case, easy to use, fast transfer, price dropped since purchase
I had a half gig NVMe drive to upgrade my laptop, but needed a way of transferring the operating system to it as the laptop only had one slot. The answer was obviously via an external case.I ordered an Orico case but had selected the SATA version. I received an email from the seller suggesting I check that I had ordered the correct one, enabling me to cancel the order before it was shipped and ordering this instead.It arrived quickly and it was easy to insert the drive. Several pads are included to ensure a good fit. It comes with a USB-C lead, data transfer was very fast compared to another solid state drive I use which plugs into a USB 3 port.I paid £17 which seemed reasonable at the time. The price has since been reduced and with a current Amazon voucher it now costs £13. Annoying to see such a drop shortly after purchase, but good value for anyone looking to buy one now.

Usb not recognised
Copied my windows 11 startup disk to the NVMe memory stick as a backup drive. It worked well but after a few weeks (3) my system would not recognise it. Bought another one and it did the same. Bought another brand and it has performed reliably ever since.

Just what I needed.
I bought this so I could add a 2tb nvme drive to my usb 3 hub.It works perfectly and I have a nice, extra 2tb of storage for photos and games.Well worth thinking about if your nvme slots are full on your motherboard.it's quick and very easy and is still MILES faster than a hard disk :)

Does the job but the USB connection is iffy and weakIt's gotta be just in the right spot or you have no hope in it recognizing it

Confirmed working with 4TB M2 Drives
Bought to replace an older m2 Caddy, which did not support a 4TB Drive.Tested and confirmed working with a Western Digital SN850X Black 4TB Drive.Tool free setup makes it easy to hot swap drives, so great for recovering data off M2 Drives in the field.Native USB C makes it very vertisiale.Did not test the read/write performance, as it's more a case of needed it to work than work fast, but it *Felt* faster than a good USB Keydrive, slower than an internal SSD Drive.
