Works well for long journeys
Great product. Easy to set up. I used with EE data SIM card bought through Amazon. Keeps the children happy and I can run maps on my phone via WiFi.Smaller than I thought. Fits in palm of your hand.Have to remember to turn it on when the engine starts, but kids will remind you if you forget!I would suggest setting the SIM up the day before travelling as, although very fast respond, times may be longer at weekend and holidays.

Spent over an hour trying to decipher the instructions leaflets minute writing, the when attempting to activate the item it wouldn't switch on. + the QR. code won't connect to the correct app.

The 'stalk' is longer than expected and therefore protrudes quite a way out and so is not a snug fit into the lighter socket - it sort of floats.Other than that they ( I bought two ) work rather well on EE's data only SIM running Google maps instead of the SatNav to see if there were any drop outs.

Reasonably easy to set up - and works well.
I needed to add the correct APN to make it to connect to the Vodafone network, but once that was sorted out it works well. It had automatically taken 4 APNs from the SIM card - but none of them were correct for the data only SIM I'm using. I have also used an external antenna as it is buried quite low in the vehicle - and that addition improves the signal and therefore speed quite a lot. I have also used the trick mentioned elsewhere in these feedback comments about jamming down the "on" button to make it start up automatically.

Worked well and did what was supposed to. Very limited use and stopped working within 6 weeks.

This little beauty is awesome, a 240volt plug with 12volt lighter socket makes it usable in hotels.
This is a fabulous bit of kit. I had one on EE for years so I knew what I was buying. This is unlocked so you can swap simcards if necessary. I have an adapter which plugs into any 240v wall socket with a 12v cigarette lighter type of socket which means I can use it indoors, home, hotels etc.

great little product.
very handy little product for boats/RV's etc. use an unlimited sim card and get wifi for all. small, easy to carry around, ideal for using when you have multople users
