Received it today a day early always a plus. I have already used it and here are my results. I dye my hair a lot. I have wanted to go blue for a while now. And Because of the fact I used black dye in my hair before the start of lock down I wanted to removed as much of it as possible before I start bleaching my hair to get the desired shade of blue since I have naturally dark hair. ... I need to point out that this is not my natural shade by any means. The darker photo the before photo is about the shade my hair is normally. So it did kinda lighten my natural shade. Those that might be worried I would do a patch test to make sure. Now with that in mind it still gets 5 stars because I am really happy my hair is lighter. My end goal is to get as close to white hair as I can. It is as fiddly as all hair applications mix and apply there is some dripping but I used a comb to start it in with it spreads fairly well. I have thick hair but it is undercut. so I only needed one box if you have long thick hair I would suggest two boxes. I used an entire application on my hair. So I would say two boxes or more if you have long hair. The smell. I know I gave it three stars I do know as well that all of these products stink. It does have a pungent odor of rotten eggs that someone tried to cover with febreeze. It isn't unbearable but do make sure you have a window open for fresh air. It can be quite overpowering. And my over all opinion. I will use this again if needed in the future. It worked very good. I followed the instructions didn't have the Herb Time shampoo and conditioner but I used a pantene clarifying shampoo for the washing out part. I am very happy.

Don't waste your money on ghis item. Doesn't take out colour dye, just changes the colour, I went from purple to torquoise. It absolutely stinks also. Ammonia? Cat pee . I have washed my hair twice since and can still smell it...vile. So... "do you feel lucky punk?" Or just plain foolish...like I was.

I bought this product after a dark blonde had really grabbed my hair and had turned it very orange. Read the instructions carefully, but it’s not complicated. It worked well and removed the strong orange colour. I have long hair so I bought two sets. There is plenty in one set to treat long hair. I didn’t treat it again as I wanted to try and keep what was left of the condition of my poor hair!!

BEFORE ANYONE BUYS THIS PLEASE READ. this item is VERY contradicting. it states at the beginning that it used for permanent dye and removes all permanent dye but then if you read more it states that it will not work at all on any oxidising dyes with a lightening effect. well everyone here who uses box dyes or gets hair dyed HAS hydrogen peroxide in them which creates that oxidising effect do not buy this at all it’s a scamming technique and i am fuming they don’t offer returns on this. absolute rubbish.

Took two applications which I got out of one box, to get the red out. It has left it as a pinky blonde. But I'm happy will cover with blonde tomorrow. But really happy with the strip. The smell wasn't to bad either.
