Poor circulation , Swollen feet & ankles , Puffy legs , Varicose Veins around the ankles & knees . I've only been wearing these socks for 10 days so far. These are not miracle socks. Nothing works over night. But in the past 10 days I have been very warm, like it's summer time. I have been very cold summer and winter for the past 15 years. But I'm seriously warm now. I THINK my blood is circulating better now. I have also noticed that the swelling in my feet and ankles has gone down. They don't itch and burn like they did before. If you have swelling in feet and ankles they itch all the time, and burn when you scratch them. Also, the ring around the ankles that you usually get from your socks being snug . . . I still have them . . . BUT before I got these socks those rings were purple all the way around my ankles. Now , it's just rings , impressions in the skin , and they don't itch and burn like they did 10 days ago. This tells me the swelling in my lower legs has gone down . My varicose veins are still shinning in all their glory . But they do appear to be slightly lighter than they were before . I have lost 6 lbs over the past 10 days . I didn't really expect these socks to do anything . I was afraid they would just be another gimmick that I would waste my money on. But I was desperate and gave them a try . I'm glad I took a chance on them. I had ordered 3 pair to start with , but after wearing them for a few days I made a second order of 9 more pairs . I also told my 52 year old son and my 50 year old daughter about them , and they both ordered some . I think the socks are working . But only you can prove it for yourself. I'm not saying they will work for everyone. I only know they are working for me . Everyone is different . But you can't say they won't work , if you aren't willing to give them a try. You might be one of the people the socks work very well for.

I have purchased many tourmaline products from Amazon over the years, and all of them worked--except these socks. Whichever way you wear them, they do not heat up. At all.

Ordered these for my husband to help with swelling. In all honesty, neither of us expected the socks would help but we figured we might as well try. We were wrong! The very first day he wore them, he had a noticeable decrease in ankle/above ankle swelling. He wears them almost daily now and the swelling is next to nothing. He can walk better and isn't having much pain. They're comfortable to wear and fit well. He hasn't noticed any kind of heat from the socks but his feet aren't cold so the heat doesn't really matter to him.These worked so very well . We're both impressed. As soon as I submit this review, i'm buying him 3 more .
