How to attach vacuum cleaner to it? i do have henry vacuum cleaner also titan vacuum and samsung vacuum cleaners but no one fits this makita tool?

Similar problem---- to fit Henry I had to make an adapter out of some old vacuum hose.

is this good for flap discs?

I've not used it with a flap disc, only metal and stone grinding discs, and it worked very well. However, totally useless for cutting, unless, you only want a very shallow cut.

Can this be used with normal cutting disks rather than grinding discs?

Hi, no it can't unfortunately - that's the reason I sent mine back... A cutting disc sits too high so won't turn/operate with this fitted.
