Re-bought this mug many times from these guys, print quality is great and dishwasher safe. Great for a personalised gift for someone you don’t know that well (e.g. work secret Santa!) They are very fast to respond to personalisation requests - and now send a preview of the design for confirmation before printing - they always get it right with colours and fonts, even photos come out very high quality. Will probably be buying this again when I have a need for a specific strange design on a mug.

Great print, good sized mug, just a shame I couldn't see a preview first then I'd have known there was room for two images. Would have been nice to have a different one for either side. But otherwise excellent customer service and communication was quick and so was delivery. Would definitely buy from these sellers again in the future

I was really pleased when the item arrived, as the text I had asked for and the image quality was very good. Given as a gift and they really liked it. Haven't put into the dishwasher as I reckon this would dull the image and text. The only bit I was unsure of was whether the message I sent re. the details got through so I did double check with the supplier. They did get back to me to confirm.

I had spent quite a while searching for personalised mugs at a decent price, these were the best priced ones I found so I bought two of these as gifts, I emailed them details of the wording I wanted printed and told them the age and gender of each recipient and asked them to design the mug with something appropriate, they did this very well and took into account everything I had asked for.Really pleased with the mugs especialy for the price and didnt take long to arrive, would definitley recommend.

I am so pleased with this purchase. Initially, the image printed slightly darker which reduced the quality of the mug I was going to gift - this was due to the image format I sent in the first place. They edited the photo to lighten it and communicated with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy. Their customer service is unremarkable and this purchase is great value for money. I can not recommend this company enough, if you don’t know which personalisation company to use, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with these. Thankyou so much! :)
