This is the perfect watch for my ten year old son. He has just started being interested in what time it is, and taking some responsibility to be on time, so we thought we'd try again with a watch. Previous attempts haven't worked for him - they've been too bulky, or analogue watches are too difficult for him to be bothered with.This one is great - it looks cool, nice colour, it's slender enough for a skinny wee kid to wear without it being in the way, it's digital and keeps good time, and has other features that kids like (stopwatch, alarm, light). My son likes the 24 hour clock, so it's good that you can use either.He's been wearing it every day at school since I gave it to him and it's inspired other kids in his class to wear a watch apparently! I think it has helped him get a better sense of time. He's not worn it in the bath so I can't speak to its waterproof qualities but I it seems well made, I'm sure it will be as described. It's got wet what washing his face etc and it's fine.All in all I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I feel it'll still be "cool" enough to wear for a few years yet.

This is an excellent watch. Purchased for a nine year old boy, it is a lovely fit and will last a long time - currently on tightest setting so plenty of growing room. The blue of the strap is actually much glossier than in the photo (where it appears a mat colour) but it is lovely. My son loves all the features of stop watch, timer, alarm and second time zone setting. It came well packaged with a guarantee card and an instruction manual in a nice presentation box so would also make a nice present. We have purchased it for its water resistance as my son needs a watch for swimming and whilst it has not yet been tested in the pool, it has definitely passed the test in the bath. Brilliant product, we love it for a first proper watch. Should last a good while.

Bought for my 11 year old daughter. Very nice watch. She loves it. It is very easy to set and fits her very well. It is small enough to look good on a small wrist. The only niggle is that the strap comes out of the strap holder (don't know what to call it!) very easily so I worry that it will fall off. It hasn't done yet though!

Really great watch. I'd say more ideally suited to smaller wrists, although I have quite large wrists and could still comfortably wear it. Very good quality, looks good and very easy to set the time and date, although you wouldn't think that from some of the other reviews, that's what the instructions are for! Yes, if you actually bother to read them, it's very easy and simple to set the time and date. Overall, great little watch.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 10 year old grandson. It comes without instructions. He found setting the time and functions very confusing, as did his Dad and so did I. I contacted the manufacturer who sent instructions but these were not very user friendly. The manufacturers customer service was very helpful and talked me through how to set the functions. This enabled me to set the watch and to write a simple set of instructions for my grandson to use. The overall experience was disappointing for him as a Christmas present.

My son got this for his 11th birthday, and he absolutely loves it. It's a good size for his wrist, is straightforward to use, but has enough features and functions to keep him happy. He had a watch before which he never liked, but this goes on first thing in the morning until last thing at night.

The colour of the watch in the photo is wrong. In the photo it looks good were as the actual watch looks like a shiny cheap plastic. The watch itself is OK but the most important part is what it looks like.
