Tomé este suplemento de hierro con ácido fólico durante mi embarazo porque mi nivel de hierro estaba bajito. Me funcionó bien y lo que más me gustó es que no me dio náuseas fuertes ni malestar estomacal como otros que había probado antes. Lo tomé todos los días y sentí más energía después de unas semanas. También me ayudó a mantener estables mis niveles de hierro en los análisis. Las pastillas no tienen un sabor desagradable y son fáciles de tragar. En general, me sirvieron bastante durante el embarazo y las recomendaría para quien necesite un suplemento suave y efectivo.

I can't say enough about how much the iron tablets have helped me with day-to-day activities. I take every day without a break. I've auto auto-refill setting for this one every few months. It arrives fast, and the price is good. Helps stomach upset, reduces pigmentation/ discoloration. I discovered it has helped me reduce under-eye dark circles.

Its a good product and easy on the stomach, but it does taste like eating a cast iron skillet. Just have a juice chaser nearby and you'll get through it. I started taking this immediately when I found out I was pregnant and so far my iron levels have been healthy consistently so Im happy with the product.

These somehow work. I can tell because over the weeks I've been feeling flushed and looking pinker. My lips are bright red right now and I thought it would be the perfect time to write a review. I haven't seen my mouth so flushed in a long time.

The taste is not great, but I feel like that’s to be expected with iron supplements. The thing that’s throwing me off is the weird sediment on the dropper and at the bottom of my cup when I’m done drinking. The sediment doesn’t dissolve at all, so I’m not sure if this is a bad batch or what since I don’t see that in other video reviews.

My family has a history of anemia but birth control exasperated mine. My levels were ungodly low (1-2). My doctor recommended I take iron pills but they honestly did nothing for me other than make me contrasted (tmi). I purchased this because I’m aware that iron can have a metallic taste but it says it taste like orange soo, I figured why not try. My first time taking it I took the dropper to the head…(big mistake). I have a strong stomach, I’m not a gagger!!! This had me dry heaving, drinking just about anything to get the taste out of my mouth and the only thing that worked was ice cream. I have been vegan for 2 years (not the healthiest vegan) but I am also trying to incorporate more veggies. This product works amazing I incorporate it with my orange juice, green smoothie, or protein shake in the mornings. My dizzy spells have vanished, my cold spells, and my shortness of breath. I would recommend taking a stool softener in addition to this and stay hydrated as well. (Consult your primary care physician).

First time ordering and I didn’t know what to expect. Some pills are the color brown and others filled with green specks. A few are also crumbling. I took one and hope I don’t get sick. Realized pills should be white after looking at review images.
