This gorgeous necklace is high-quality and non-irritating to the skin. I not only have sensitive skin, I have sensory issues so I don't wear any jewelry beyond a sports watch. However, since purchasing my VICUSSE Stainless Steel Mindful Breathing Necklace, I am now a necklace wearer. This necklace is more than a statement piece that matches with everything, it is an exceptionally effective tool to reduce anxiety and stress and regulate the breath! As soon as I got it, I took a deep breath and blew it out through the necklace and felt instant relief and calm - in just one breath! I wear it all day while I work and always use it to take a few deep, intentional breaths before meetings to settle my mind. When I feel the stress rising and my breath gets raggedy, I feel so fortunate to have a tool I can use, readily accessible to help me get back on track! I plan on incorporating it into my meditation practice and look forward to using it more and more to continue improving my quality of breath and life! This product is amazing! 10/10

Edited: While the concept was promising, and the packaging was adorable and uplifting, I was disappointed with the execution. Unfortunately, the product itself was subpar. The necklace caused an unsightly green and gray discoloration on my neck, which was quite unappealing. Given this reaction from the necklace, I was concerned that the mouthpiece might have a similar effect. Consequently, I decided to return the product.

I was hoping this product would really help me but the airflow is way too open. I need more of a resistance to blow out the air for it to do anything. Even if you try to suck in (I know that’s not the correct way technically) there’s no pull at all so you’re basically just blowing air out of a tiny straw.. pen Cap works so much better. 2 stars cause it doesn’t look bad holding.

Doesnt help with quitting smoking. The need for a nicotine hit will still be there. It just helps with a substitute of having something in your mouth like as if you’re smoking

Literally is a metal straw. Expected there to be some sort of pressure to take deep breaths through (to mimic vaping) have to put finger over hole to create that pressure and is bigger/chunkier than I would've liked

I bought one of these cheap ones to see if it was worth potentially getting one of the more expensive ones that won't tarnish but there was no resistance when breathing through it so I'm not sure what the point of it is?

Definitely wouldn’t recommend if your trying to quit vaping it doesn’t help at all
