I bought this supplement because it was recommended by my allergist for histamine intolerance/MCAS. I had already been taking quercetin and high dose vitamin C for histamine issues, but what truly helped and made a difference with my symptoms was luteolin. Now if I don’t take luteolin, I notice increased histamine symptoms. And I only take 1 pill/500 mg per day, and even at that dose it manages my symptoms so well! I found Ulmubra Liposomal Luteolin 500mg in August of 2023 after using some other brand's "complexes" of luteolin (combined with quercetin, rutin, etc.). The Ulmubra products provide a higher concentration at a much better price point than the other alternatives I have used. I like the soft gels, rather than the capsules offered by some other brands. The quality of these supplements (and availability on Amazon) have been very consistent over the last couple of years.

I read how Luteolin would help give you clarity, focused and improve your memory. At 59, I needed all of these! After taking a the supplement for 30 days, we both agreed we did in fact feel more focused at work, weren't as scatter brained feeling and had felt our memories had in fact improved. Ordering a new bottle was a no-brainer (pun intended)!

It is much cheaper than what my ND recommended and when I showed it to her she thought it looked like a great product and is still Liposomal for good absorption.
