Great ball, great quality!
These baseballs were perfect for my son's 9U practice. Although I know this can be used in a real game, I didn't want to purchase balls specifically made for practice, as I wanted the real deal. The stitching was perfect on every ball, and there were no rips in the leather. These appear to be highly durable and in it for the long game (pun intended). While I personally have an issue with spending so much money for a baseball, I understand that you pay for quality, and in order to ensure he's not going to throw it into the stands, I wanted a ball with a good grip. This has that. Of course, he went out and broke his arm the day before practice started, but it was his catching arm. So... It looks like he's going to work towards being a pitcher ;) These balls will certainly help!

Good balls, decent price.
Price was decent though I think the general price of baseballs is a bit high. This model the 14u has a bit more thread for grip. Rawlings makes a good quality ball, size and weight are regulation for the age group and league. Works as it should.

Good value quality product
If you plan on getting to the field a lot, and you don't have a fortune to spend on the professional balls, these are the ones you want. Avoid the cheaper ones. One good swing and the stitches can become detached. These should last awhile.

Cheap
Nice and cheap.

Softer, restricted-flight balls with composite core (RLLB1 version) instead of cushioned cork center (RLLB version).
I can't give these balls a bad rating even though I'm a little disappointed in them. They are good quality with grade B leather (instead of C or D like other balls in this price range), so they are durable. However, they have a composite cork rubber center instead of a cushioned cork center which the RLLB version and other higher quality tournament and professional balls have which means they are softer and "restricted-flight" balls. I think 8u-11u leagues wouldn't really notice a difference but 12u-14u leagues would. Power hitters can't hit this ball as far. When pitching batting practice to my son, I'm using these along with Wilson A1074 balls and these definitely don't fly as far or come as hot off the bat as the Wilson's. I bought these because the Wilson's are same price as the more expensive RLLB version of this ball - too expensive for me this year when I'm buying 10 dozen at a time. Last year I paid $32/doz for the Wilson's. Next time I will have to spend more on the RLLB version (instead of this RLLB1 version) to compare. But these are good for pitching, fielding, and catching practice so I can't complain too much. I will even use these for batting practice - soft-toss and on the tee.

Game balls for Little League
If you play organized baseball under Little League International, these balls will satisfy the requirements for games. I would not pay this much for practice balls though.
