First of all, a cigar collection for this size can have values into the thousands of dollars. That being said, accurate humidity and temp is critical. Not just to measure but being stable and consistent. This is neither. Too much fluctuations which is very bad for expensive cigars.Size-wise it is difficult to find location to keep this as the depth is much larger than other humidors of same capacity.And yes, as others mentioned, the readings on this are WAY off. Quality control could also be much better since it had build issues from day one (like the other guy here mentioned).The LED also has no way to turn down. It is so bright that it lights up the entire room it's in. It's awful.Customer service round and round....useless. None of these I am sure will be in spec. Like another on here mentioned, the RH is off by TEN points. If you want 65% it needs to be set to 55% to achieve that because it is so far off. Oh, but wait, it only goes down to 60. So the lowest it can actually go is 60 which means it is 70 RH for real. Set to 60 and it will run continuously.Will be returning it.Save your money, there are better humidors out there for less money.

Great humidor! Keeps cigars fresh much better than my older unit. The only problem we are having right now is that the water tray is metal and is rusting. If the tray were plastic or had a plastic insert it would be much better. We ended up using an old take out container and cutting it down to fit. Not cool.

The temperature and humidity are very close When compared To a separate digital meter. I have 2 of these units and the 1st one works fantastic I have 3 separate meters that have all been Calibrated and the 2nd unit is way off as far as it's humidification reading.This is very disappointing as I planned to buy many more these and review them for my YouTube But unless there's a way to calibrate this or fix it then it's not something that I can recommend until I remedy this problem

Yes, I knew the product was going to show up in rough condition. It took about 30 minutes but I got the door aligned and all was great.Until11 months later, the temp and humidity started making massive swings. Of course, the company is nowhere to be found. They got my money. I got 1 really nice year out of it. I was hoping for a few more.

I am so disappointed in this product, the truth about this product the metal water container will rust, corrode and release toxins into your cigars. The humidity gauge was off by 10 degrees and lastly it stop cooling a little over a year since I purchased it I am now just getting around to reposting my review here but beware of these people and this product too expensive to last just one year

I had this for over two weeks and can never get the humidity to sustain below 70% accurately. Used to calibrated humidity gauges and it was off by 10 to 12%! So if it said 70 it was really 80 to 82%! Recommend spending a little bit more money and get a better quality cigar humidor

Unit came with the door off the hinges, bent back right hand corner and what appears to be relocation of adjustable feet. Meanwhile there was no visible damage on the outer boxes. Will run unit to see if it’s working but for something this price you would think it would have better QC
