These tablets/capsules are a super convenient way to get a caffeine boost if like me, you're not a coffee drinker. I can't stand the taste of smell of coffee, so I usually rely on the likes of Lucozade, Red Bull or regular cups of tea to get my caffeine content through the day, but said drinks can be so expensive. These capsules are a far easier and an inexpensive way to get a 'hit' of caffeine without having to fork out stupid prices for energy drinks.At £5.90 (at present) they should last quite a while considering there's 180 in a bottle so for me at least, it really does work out better financially long term. There are other caffeine capsules on the market I've tried in the past (such as the ever popular 'Pro Plus') but I've only ever managed to purchase those in smaller packs which don't last very long. This bottle of 180 tablets should last a lot longer.Just make sure you're careful with ingesting caffeine from other sources through the day if you plan to take a couple of these.

Im used to caffeine.. but I felt it when I took one pill... it contains the 200mg caffeine for sure(not on a full stomach... it will take effect or full effect))

Thought these might occasionally be useful if tired but had important stuff to do. I drink a lot of coffee, mainly ground, so am accustomed to caffeine though don't experience any withdrawal type problems if circumstances prevent my usual coffee-drinking habit.To test these out, I had no coffee yesterday morning then tried 1 tablet. After an hour there was no obvious effect so took a second and after about half an hour became aware of a definite slight buzz which lasted for around an hour. I suspect that the effect of the caffeine probably lasted longer but wasn't really noticed due to my tolerance.Today I had no coffee in the morning and tried 2 tablets together, with the effect becoming apparent after less than half an hour and was more obvious than the 1+1 yesterday. Again, any obvious effect seemed to wear off after an hour but in other people may last much longer.Might try 3 at once one morning but may not be advisable.They are very easy to swallow and in me caused no adverse effects. Inexpensive and useful to have.

Does what it is supposed to do.

I work nights and sometimes you are just knackered and don't have the time to down several cups of coffee. So these are a good pick me up to keep you going.The dosage is 1 tablet. Each one contains 200mg or coffee (the equivalent of 2 strong coffees). So if you are tired this will definately give you a kick.The tablets are easy to swallow with no horrible taste or aftertaste and if swallowed with a full glass of water start to take effect in about 40 minutes to 1 hour. They didn't upset my stomach or cause any negative effects, but i would recommended not taking them to close together or you will get the caffeine twitches.These are definately good to keep for emergencies when working and you're lagging. I've always preferred a fresh Orange or Apple juice when I wake up, and rarely will make a tea or coffee for myself anytime during the day.It's never really bothered me... until I hit my 40's and its getting abit harder to get motivated... especially in the mornings!As I don't regularly consume caffine, I do feel the benefit from these and they do really help, taking one shortly after waking is a good morning kick-start for me.
