Been a year - we have tested it with all kinds of grinding and pulp - so far has worked well. Looks to be durable. Steel jars are a plus. Has good power.

Please don’t buy this product , it’s waste of time and hassle. I bought this and after 4 months it stopped working. I had the issue contacting the manufacturer and it’s very painful to contact themselves

Its good.. grinds really well and fast. Only concern is its got very loud sound. Other than that its good, functional, compact compared to other models of preethi mixers. I like it.

Compared to other mixi, this is way easier to clean.. looks very pretty on kitchen counter.. highly recommend this item, wont be disappointed if you are using it for preparing Indian cuisine..Update after a year:I use this mixer grinder at least 3 to 4 times a day to prepare food for my toddler. Once I had left a steel spoon inside the jar and turned it on. To my surprise, just the Coupler was broken. Replaced the Coupler for 7 bucks. Other than that it all works just fantastic. Highly recommend!

We use this to grind different spices varying from cardamon to tumeric. The build is good and the steel finish makes it easy to clean. You can simply wipe with a clean cloth and it's sparkles.Unlike most mixer Grindr a dejar needs to be fixed properly for it to switch on and there is a little difficulty in removing the jar after you finish but you'll get used to it as you do it .The small jar grinds almost anything, I use it to grind my chili powder and other spices that I require.I use it on an everyday basis so its pretty study .I used to medium size chart for making battery and it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to make two three pounds.It's size makes it possible to sit at the corner and the wire can nicely be wrung around. The packaging was good and it's really worth the price.

Love the size, Stainless steel jugs. But wish the lid were of steel too or lock better. The lid seal is not very tight, need to hold it down firmly. Have had splatter accidents.

The mixer was ok, always felt it was not worth the price compared to my 35$ osterizer or 150$ ninja. There was not much difference in how fine it could grind. The thing we all hated the most was how badly the lid was designed, it would just pop out unless you put quiet a bit of weight and press it down. Now after ~1.5 years it has stopped working. Our usage was just 1-2mins around 3-4 days a week. Very disappointed with the quality.
