The media could not be loaded. Let me say I really love this item we got for our bedroom!! It looks so pretty and was very easy to set up. Though it was pretty expensive sometimes you have to splurge on yourself especially when it's creating a calming environment after a long day. It took some time for me to figure out what was going on with the water pressure because it was only dispensing heavenly from one side(needed more water 😂). As I said the product was very easy to set up but the instructions themselves were super small it's like have a magnifying glass on standby small! Outside of that it is very beautiful and I can't help but stare at it as I fade away to sleep! If it was not mounted on an old small dresser the fountain itself is roughly about the size of a body mirror a small body mirror something like you would give from Walmart a little wider and the bottom of it is as bad as wide as a shoebox so it's a pretty decent size. If it's in well with the Bohemian vibe I'm trying to create for our bedroom

Product sucks! Requires App to function properly despite coming with a remote that doesn't work anyway. Instructions are in broken English and valve assembly was not intact when received. Spouts on top of fountain get air trapped and makes little fart noises when water goes through it. Extremely disappointed!

The media could not be loaded. I Really Wanted This Waterfall But What I Didn’t Like About It As How You Have To Unplug It Every Night If Not The Water Dry Out Very Fast Like Every Two Days. I Feel They Should Have Allow The Remote Control To Turn Off The Lights And The Water. And The Last Thing Was How The Water Flow Before I Turn It On Everyday I Must Wipe Down To Get A Even Flow Of The Water. But Overall It Pretty To Look At And Hear The Flow Of The Water. I Would Recommend It But They Just Need To Do Some Fine Tuning To Make it Better.

I could not get ahold of anyone from the company to troubleshoot this problem and help us get it fixed. I bought it for the massage therapy room in my business and can’t use it at all because it made a puddle of water in the floor.

Solidly made, beautiful fountain also serves as a mirror, contemporary, calming. Easy to assemble, im loving it and when mesmerizing to watch as tranquil sounding sheets of water slowly and steadily flow down the reflective bronze panel, down towards the rock filled basin. We especially enjoy the fountain at night when lit by the amber glow of the spotlight, relieve our emotional stress. I plan to add some decorative greenery to this fountain tomorrow would be perfect. Fantasy love.

Worked great for first month, now splashes water all over floor and area rug......would like a refund

Update 4/27 ::I had a pretty unfortunate experience when I first received the fountain. Amazon was of no Help and the Manufacture was hard to get a hold of or find a contact. I really didn't want to return it which also included repackaging the entire thing back up and lugging it to UPS which was amazons only option. However once the contact was found for the manufacture they not only worked through some trouble shooting steps but sent a new pump which arrived within about a week. I did not give a full 5 stars as I feel the contact for the manufacture should be plain as day on the instructions or box or easily accessible for instances like this or they should have a deal with the distributor aka amazon ( to replace it no questions asked and send photos of it trashed or destroyed if its that big of an issue to send a customer a replacement. The fountain is beautiful and soothing in my living room and makes a great humidifier for my plants surrounding it. Definitely a top notch product and service once established is top notch.------------------------Tried to get in touch with the manufacture that was a total cluster. This thing does not work could not find any customer service online for replacement parts or to get some assistance and dealing with Amazon they just wanna return it and have you deal with lugging the thing around town to take to a carrier when they should just send a no cost replacement and let you pitch the other one. Im sure it is just the pump which just makes it even more frustrating because I just need a new pump but getting assistance if your needing it, you mias well forget it. The fountain itself is great looks great and the light is bright enough to be used all night and used as a night light if you need in a desired area. the metal does scratch easy though. And if you get a good one this is supposed to be pretty much plug an play no real assembly necessary you unpack it and plug it in and it supposed to be ready to go I unfortunately did not get to experience that
