Heavy duty product. Perfect to mount Pintle hitch at any height

This is a nice hitch.
I bought this hitch for my 2017 F-150 so that I could hook up some light duty trailers. Given the range of this hitch I do not have to worry about the trailer being nose up or down as I can adjust it before I hook up making it easy to accommodate very small trailers to something much larger. So far in the month that I have owned it I have only hooked up to a simple lawn crew trailer. Worked very well for the application.

This hitch plate works great for my current setup
This hitch plate works great for my current setup. I purchased it to pull my M1101 surplus trailer. The M1101 is constructed of mostly aircraft aluminum so it's pretty light weight. Even fully loaded to its weight limit it doesn't approach the weight limits of this hitch assembly. That being said I have used it several times now and it works great. About the only thing I noticed is there is a bit of slop between the hitch and the donut ring on my trailer. It's only because the donut ring on the surplus trailer has a pretty large diameter to it. I would say almost as big as the rings on the semi trailers I pull for a living. So it's not the fault of the hitch itself. It's not that big of a deal though. You just have to take off a little bit slower at the traffic lights and then it doesn't jerk the trailer. I submitted a couple photos of my setup. One is before I painted the trailer Olive drab. I don't live in a desert so the desert color had to go. Plus my new topper was woodland camo. Anyway guys and gals this hitch is legit and functions beautifully.

Heavy duty.
Very sturdy and well made. I got this to protect my bumper on my new truck and boy it does that. I have towed many things and it's perfect.

Heavy Duty.
This is a very heavy and durable mount. I bought it for a different purpose than a pintle hook mount, used its face plate to mount other devices too. Strong welds.

I don't like this bolt on design in the first place, whats stopping a thief from stealing half of my towing setup? This item was shipped loosely with other items I ordered, so be careful with that, as it absolutely destroyed some emergency rations I ordered for an upcoming camping trip. It arrived scratched up with bare metal showing in some places. I'm not going to return it because it's not a huge deal, but every time I order something on Amazon I end up wishing I had just gone to the store and bought it.
