In short, yes. It doesn't move a lot, but you can rotate it to fit the angle you need for your set. I have mine set to reach just the edge of my desk so that it's not shinning on my shirt.

Hello , What is the minimum brightness level in lumens? sry and english and for ask but I'm very sensitive to light.

Unsure of the lumen level but with my overhead light on in my office and this lightbar on the lowest setting I can barely tell the difference in lighting.
