Rib rack and chicken rack in one
I bought this for smoking 6 sets of baby back ribs at once. The size is perfect and it fits inside my Smoker with room for other food. The best bit about this rack is that you can flip it over and Smoke a whole chicken. The flavour was awesome and the best but it was crispy all over no soggy or burnt bottom of the bird.Overall this is a fantastic rib and chicken rack. Cleaning
Cleaning this after a session roasting ribs is an actual nightmare. The problem is that the item is so big that it doesn’t fit in even a large kitchen sink. It’s so messy to scrub and the mess goes everywhere. I do like it but do not look forward to using it because I know I’m going to have to clean it… It’s very expensive for what it is so I would try cheaper alternatives in the future. The build quality is, as always with Weber products, fantastic.

Excellent bit of kit
Bought for cooking the Christmas turkey on my Weber spirit II e-320. Fits in perfectly length ways from front to back of grill. Great size, could fit a massive turkey in it no bother. Doubles as a rib rack too. Totally recommend it.

Holds racks of ribs!
Great product, sturdy stainless steel. This product holds multiple racks of ribs and you can even flip it over and put a roast in it. Highly recommended.

Great accessory because it is dual purpose. Roast or ribs. Fits perfectly in my Weber Performer either way. And holds some monster ribs. Highly recommended.

Sturdy, cleans up easy, use for Ribs, roast or whole chicken!
I purchased this to cook ribs on my Kamado charcoal grill. I had big family gathering, so I needed to make 6 racks of back ribs. This rack worked flawlessly! It doubles as roasting rack also.
