I really like this product. It helps to keep my bowl movements regular as well as a tremendously help with acid reflux. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I purchased 3 bottles on June 11, 2024 for $14 and something each. Great deal, right! Well I am just noticing that the last 2 unopened bottles I have expired August 2024. Is this why I received this product at half price because they were soon to expire? My mother ordered some on 8/24/24 which do not expire until 04/2026. So, please check the expiration when you receive your bottle. None the less great product!

It works but to expensive

I got these to try out and to have on hand in the house for use during the occasional antibiotic prescription. I have not been impressed. On the antibiotic front they were useless at preventing or reducing diarrhea and stomach discomfort. My $10 blend of 8 probiotic strains from the grocery store works much better. On the regular pooping side I didn't notice any difference. But it doesn't hurt to take probiotics to help keep your digestive flora healthy. I just can't recommend these, especially at this price. None of the strains in the blend are particularly rare or expensive. The use of ® or TM after each one should have clued me in. Using special trademarked names for strains makes it much, much harder for consumers to comparison shop between products.

Did nothing and over priced. Their Mag07 is fantastic though!

This product has really helped me be regular and not constipated. I try to take one capsule 3x a day (when I remember) and am happy with the results.

And there was poop.Ok, so I'm assuming everyone looking at this product is comfortable discussing poop. So here goes:I've had chronic constipation since childhood, and almost nothing changes it. I've tried a number of different probiotics for bloating and gas, and only brand one has helped me so far, and it didn't improve my constipation, unfortunately.THIS probiotic actually does what it says, and it works shockingly fast. I was pooping within 24 hours. I haven't stopped pooping. It's been five days, and I'm pooping twice a day, so this is great. It's not diarrhea -- in fact, it is still firm enough to be borderline constipation stool, it's just coming out now, instead of staying in there. Ya, I know. You're welcome.I had terrible side effects at first. I don't want to scare anyone off, but I almost stopped taking this because it gave me awful headaches and my skin broke out and my abdomen swelled up bigger than usual and I had more gas. Fortunately, it went away after about 3 days. My weight is very slightly down and the swelling/bloating is down. The headaches stopped, and my skin cleared up. So, I think any adverse effects should be temporary, but it definitely wasn't fun at first!The bottle annoyingly doesn't tell you how to take it. I tried it both on an empty stomach a few hours before a meal, and with a meal. I think it works slightly better with a meal, but it worked either way. I'm only taking one pill a day -- it says you can take it up to 3 times a day. My un-expert advice here is... don't. More isn't better with probiotics. You can actually make everything worse -- a lot worse -- if you take too much. One pill is still very potent.This isn't a cheap product (currently$35), but fortunately 60 pills should last about two months if you're just taking one pill per day. The bottle doesn't say to refrigerate, but I did anyway.Happy pooping, y'all!
