I got this supplement to help my insulin resistance, my blood sugar regulation, and my mild PCOS. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t have a weird smell or taste. I will say it did help my blood sugar levels balance out, and it helped my acne tremendously, but I had to ultimately stop taking it because it was creating slow motility and constipation. I’ve now switched over to the powder version and it seems to have helped a little with the digestive problems.

Helps manage mood swings, reduce jitters from excess caffeine intake, and also knocks me out when I need to sleep when taken in conjunction with magnesium and glycine also from Pure Encapsulations. I recommend all of them.

Plus it's one of the few inositol supplements to come in capsule form. Which I much prefer to powders that don't really fit into my supplement regimen. It's just one more thing then to keep track of taking. And, as always with Pure Encapsulations, it does not have any shady fillers or weirdness. It's really hard these days to avoid things like magnesium stearate/stearic acid and maltodextrin. But those aren't necessary, obviously, and not what I buy the supplement for.
