I believe so. As far as I can see these staples are made for type 53 and fit TR45, 69-720, 69-721, 69-701, 69-702, ST10, ST14.I am not an expert, just a person who has used this staple gun and googled your question.

As far as I know there are 6mm and 8mm staples for this staple gun. Don't know if there are longer staples.

No idea. I bought 2 or 3 wrong sorts before I bought this that fit a no brand stapler. Measure on of your old staples if you have one and go from there
