Once the Safety Lock on, The torch can keep burning for 60 mins when gas full refill.
Butane can be purchased from or your local Supermarket and requires the long nozzle applicator.

PERFECTLY ADJUSTABLE
Our food torch can adjust temperatures from 860°F to 2372°F(450°C~1300°C). We suggest the Jet Flame(2372°F) for cooking Crème Brûlée, peeling tomatoes or Welding.
Turn the air control value clockwise to adjust to the perfect flame style and temperature for steak or meats.
