Very satisfied! An absolute game-changer for any milk drinks.
The frother gets the milk foamy in under 30 seconds! It takes just two minutes (heat, froth, pour) to prepare your fancy lattes, hot chocolates, and, honestly, any drink that makes sense to you—even just plain ol' milk, lol. The frother elevates the drink to a whole new experience! The thick layer of foam on the surface has the texture of a marshmallow, and the rest of the drink has a satisfyingly satiating creaminess! The gadget is about the length of a toothbrush, and operates on two replaceable AA batteries (so need for packing cables). It can get a little messy, but that's easily resolved by not filling your cup more than 2/3s its height. You can submerge the frother near the base of the cup before pressing the start button to minimize the initial splash, too. This frother is all you actually need to get started making latte art or even just to have fun making and drinking foam. What's more, the purchase came with a free masterclass in latte art by a two-time world champion. I'm still practicing, and I couldn't have been more proud of my first try (thanks to the intuitive explanations and the thorough video demonstrations). I'm not a serious latte artist, so of course, I didn't buy any of the extra stuff like a cappuccino cup and milk pitcher. Nonetheless, I'm telling you that you can still enjoy basic latte art. It's a fun 3-second (the time it takes to pour the foam) hobby to start your day with, or, if you're like me, whenever you want a milk drink to pair with any meal or snack. If you do want to become a serious latte artist, the video has progressively more designs for you to practice with, and you could always google or experiment with your own designs. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple tool to elevate their drink experience and/or find a creative hobby.

Weak
Weak. This is by far the worst frother I have owned. It doesn’t quite get fast enough to really do the job, and the batteries last about a month. I wanted to get the best one on the market and like an idiot, I figured the most expensive was the way to go. This was a complete waste of money. Its replacement will be based on sheer volume of good reviews.

It works well! Get product support if needed.
Update: The product support is wonderful. The problem was I needed to change the batteries and it showed me how. My mixer is working great again! Purchased October 23rd and now it’s not working as well. Turns off after a few seconds while making my coffee. Lasted a little over a month. It worked so well at first, so disappointed now.

Misleading battery requirements - consider the Lithium version instead
The NanoFoamer V2 works well when it has enough power, but the battery situation is frustrating and poorly communicated. Battery Performance Issues: The promotional materials don't adequately explain the power requirements. Regular alkaline batteries don't work well - the impeller noticeably loses strength as voltage drops below 3V during use. I upgraded to Xtar 1.5V lithium AA batteries (4150mWh rated), hoping for better results. While these performed better than alkalines, they still stopped working after only 5-7 uses even though the batteries were still ~80% charged (confirmed by recharge time). This suggests the V2's motor demands more current than these batteries can deliver as their internal resistance increases with use. For comparison, the NanoFoamer Lithium (which uses a built-in 3.7V battery) reportedly delivers 50+ uses per charge with less total battery capacity. The V2's reliance on AA batteries appears to be a fundamental limitation. What does work: When you do have fresh, high-quality batteries installed, the foaming performance is excellent. It creates great microfoam with regular whole milk that's suitable for latte art. My recommendation: Unless you already own high-end rechargeable lithium AA batteries and don't mind frequent battery swaps, skip the V2 and buy the Lithium version. The extra cost is worth avoiding the battery frustration, and you'll get significantly more uses per charge.

Best handheld frother on the market
As advertised, this is the only thing I can still come close to getting good foam texture or art with. Does not compare to actually steaming your milk, but nothing does. My steam wand is broken right now, and this (+microwave) is bridging the gap tolerably. I think the price is a bit high, but I also think they don’t have competition for the quality of milk. If you are okay with a pile of milk foam on top of your espresso go get an $8 option.

GET THIS ONE!
I wish I wouldn't have wasted time and money on a cheaper whisk one, this is the mixer to get. It is strong and well made and stirs my protein into my coffee every morning. While my $10 one lasted only a few months, this one has been going strong! Will update if it fails, but for now, I am so glad I got this mixer/foamer and will tell everyone about it.

very poorly made
My wife purchased in June. She used a few times per week for 3.5 months. It worked well while it lasted, but first the metal screen on the cap partially tore from the cap. And then the cap itself popped off into her latte one morning! I contacted the seller "subminimal" to request a replacement and they didn't even bother to respond (i wrote 2x and waited 6 days). I would recommend avoiding this product. We purchased a more expensive foamer. Hopefully, the quality matches the price. update: after writing our review (but before it was published), the seller contacted us to apologize for the delay and to offer to ship some sort of replacement kit. I appreciate the apology and response and I am updating my review accordingly (from 1 to 3 stars). I am not sure how this repair kit will work, but I appreciate the apology, reaponse and effort.

It didn’t fully live up to my expectations. I bought it to be able to make latte art, but after about a month of use I still haven’t managed to get the right silky texture. I’ve used an espresso machine with a steam wand for over a year, and while that also takes practice, I find it easier to achieve latte-art-ready milk with that than with this frother. The motor is very powerful and without speed control it can be hard to manage the milk. It might work well with more practice, but it hasn’t been as easy to use as I expected.
