How much heat can it withstand?

I have yet to use it as a pizza pan but I did use it to bake a double loaf of bread in it and the bread baked up nicely and the pan was very easy to clean - right back to brand new looking - the temp on the bread was only a 350 degree oven. I was impressed with the size of the pans and plan to make a large 2 layer cake in 2 of the pans for a party soon - hope this is helpful. I feel $'s well spent
