I don't understand why guitarists will spend £000's on gear then a fiver on strings. Yes, these are more expensive but they make your guitar sound better, stay in tune better and last longer. I change strings every 3-6 months with these, gigging AVG 8 times month. No going back to other brands for me.

Well, it's well after 20 hours play time now and these strings are in perfect shape. There's still a lot of bite, clarity and no muddyness to my tone with these strings. Previously I bought Ernie Ball Slinkies which snapped under 20 hours. Doing the switch to these NYXL's was the best thing I could've done. The 10's dont feel like they're going to cut your hands off they're nice, bendy, smooth. I've played with and without GHS Fast Fret and the difference is sublime. They handle tunings much nicer, no having to retune and are very stable strings. So stable, that my new Jackson JS32 are going to have the D'Addario XT's put on them this weekend by D'Addario. From now on I'll only purchase D'Addario strings when choosing between them and Ernie Balls.

For me the best strings on the market really strong. I used to frequently break the high E string not a problem any more. They sound bright fresh and dynamic .

They are really good, just make sure that there are no jagged areas around the bridge saddle which can damage the string at a vulnerable point!

Love everything about these strings. The colour coded endings make life SO much easier. They sound great and last well. Worth the price

These are quite simply, some of the best strings you can buy. The feel and tone are second to none and they're all I ever use now. Yes they're not the cheapest, but if you wipe them down after playing and use dunlops ultraglide 65 or fast fret, they'll last you months.
