Uncomfortable unless extra protection used such as cohesive bandage (which they mention under ‘problem solving), available very cheaply. Also, difficult to use with the system fully assembled (as in manual): better to fit penis onto the support first & then, with extension bars placed into the support, stretch the flaccid penis to allow these bars to be screwed into the bars on the basal ring (which of course must already be on the penis: it won’t fit over the support!). Then adjust the traction. Note that the thumbscrews do NOT have different threads: they both turn anti-clockwise to extend (adding traction) & clockwise to shorten. Obviously use with least extension when mounting support to the basal ring/traction bars or you will have little or no traction adjustment available. Take care when screwing/unscrewing the traction thumbscrews to ensure the support bars don’t also unscrew. Don’t wear for longer than 1-2 hours without a break. I think this is a copy of the original, which is made/marketed by Leading Edge Health & retails around $300! Too soon to say how effective it will be but for about £20 shipped who can complain?Just thought I’d update regarding effectiveness. After about 18 months of intermittent use, for only an hour or two on the days I used it, my erect penis is now nearly three quarters inch longer at close to seven inches. Bad quality product, not really stable, not rigid, bad quality elastic band and painful, really painful. Not possible to use.

Traction devices work and this one is ok. It’s cheap, breaks easily and the instructions are in broken English so you’ve got to figure it out yourself

Is a good bit off kit but sadly was flimsy and one side broke off have stuck together but come apart again will reglue and hope last longer theis time
