Franchi Seeds of Italy"Courgette F1 Zucchino Goldrush" Seeds

I’ve grown a variety of different yellow courgettes but these are the best and very reliable.

As an experienced gardener, I've done a lot of courgette growing over the years, and experimented with many different seed brands and varieties. One of the advantages of Franchi seeds is that they come in generous quantities. Each seed packet contains several times the amount of seeds than those of competing brands.I find that "Courgette F1 Zucchino Goldrush" germinate well, and if the plants grow to maturity, they produce good quality fruit which are lovely for eating raw (either chopped into salads, or to just bite off.)However, the seedlings seem ore prone to 'damping off' (in layman's language: they wither and die before they grow into full plants, and there's nothing you can do to save them) than other varieties. Sees of other varieties, grown under the same conditions, didn't suffer this problem.Of course, it may be coincidence, and my experience may not be statistically relevant. You may get different results.Franchi seeds, including these, come in a sealed inner packet to keep them fresh. The inner packet is plain white, with nothing printed on it, and if it falls out of the outer packet (which can happen, especially if you have a lot of different seeds to sow) you may not know where these belong. So I recommend that as soon as you open the outer packet, you write 'courgettes' or something like that on the inner packet.

Non è nato uno, pessimi.

I semi sono arrivati prima del previsto, in ottime condizioni (sacchetto sigillato, scadenza 2022), ho ricevuto anche in omaggio un sacchetto di semi di peperoni. Della qualità dei semi sono certa perchè l'ho acquistati l'anno scorso in un negozio specializzato ed ho ottenuto ottimi risultati

Devo cambiare la recensione, venditore mi ha mandato pacchetto di semi con la scadenza del anno scorso. Ho fatto riclamo, il venditore mi ha subito contattato e dopo 2 giorni e arrivata la nuova confezione. Adesso non vedo ora che germogliano i semi per poter piantare
