I have to go to the chiropractor a few times a month. I bought these for the in between times when I need my back cracked, or have a rib head that's come out, and can't get to the chiro until the next day. I have to say, this has probably been the best money I have ever spent for something on Amazon. They have been a life saver.

Works great. Only 4 stars because it is slightly larger than advertised. I bought this to replace my Chirp brand 6inch wheel, which broke outside of the warranty window. This product was advertised as 6in, but is about 7inch.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent, I have many different tools for pain and discomfort. This is probably my favorite and I use it almost every day.

It doesn't provide spine path all the way around. You could hurt your back with this.

This thing is absolutely amazing. The amount of cracks it's able to get out of my back without hurting after is incredible. I always feel super refreshed after using it. I love the two different sides. It's also great quality.

I've had every Chirp wheel made but these release more along the spine than any of the Chirp wheels do. Great set!
