Absolutely brilliant for bringing out bruises also so good for using in young children as it is clear and I call it my magic cream so they are happy to have it put on .

Bruising
I bruise easily and got gel and cream. Tried both to help relieve bruising but it seems they are not very defective. Perhaps I need to apply more often. Will try on back muscle knots maybe it will work better on those.
