Going rusty after three weeks
I fitted one of these locks to my back gate three weeks ago, but when I unlocked it today, I found rust on the shackle. I don't know how much rust is inside, but it's rather worrying. I may have to get some WD40 so that I can give it a squirt every time I open it.

Rust appeared in two weeks
I put them outside on a gate and within two weeks rust has set in and the shackle on one is starting to be take a bit of effort to get it to lock. I guess they're not suitable for permanent outdoor use in the winter
