Was pretty worthless
My Winegard DTV dish antenna stoped working. I needed to figure out what is going on. It couldn't find the satellite for the life of it. I got this meter with the expectation of manually moving the dish to find the satellite and figure out what was going on. I hooked it up and nada, nothing, and the meter never moved. It turned out to be a bad coax cable and once I installed the new one, the TV worked again. Once I had the satellite dish locked onto the satellite, I reinstalled this meter inline again and it didn't read at all, meaning it flat out didn't work. The lights came on but the meter never moved off of 0 even moing the dish around. Totally worthless

Simple analog display, with an audio tone to assist as well. For the price it was a simple and inexpensive tool to aid in fine-tuning our Rogers/Shaw satellite receiver.

I bought this to test the signal strength from my external TV aerial, as advertised by seller. Nothing worked, no reading, no lights. Tried both ways of wiring but nothing. Waste of money. Very disappointing, not worth one star.
