This product is ideal. I don't understand the people who say they need more instructions to get it going. It couldn't be simpler if it tried. You plug it in to the wall, put the USB cable into your laptop and a cable into the headphone socket on your laptop. All you then need is one of those little cube speakers to attach to it and you are off! You can use your sound system but I found the quality fine with one of those little speakers. The choice of songs is great and obviously you don't need to use theirs. You get one month's free subscription so you can sing along as much as you want. My daughter likes to sing to Barbie so I just look on youtube for songs with the words (there are hundreds of them) and use those instead (saves you a subscription if you don't want to pay after your month is up). The sound quality of the microphone is excellent and I love that you can turn the music up and down as well as the echo. My friend loves the echo but I'm not so keen so it's up to you. I highly recommend this, get a bottle of wine, some friends round and have a good party.

This Kareoke set is brilliant we bought this for Xmas when we hosted and we couldn’t get family off it! It’s come a long way since the giant machines we had when I was young! Pros: loads and loads of songs to choose from, fab quality sound, really small box to store when not in use. When we couldn’t find a song we used the iPad to search on YouTube and found what we needed so kind of makes the subscription redundant. Let your 2, 5 and 7 year old play on it while you get alllll your housework done, the fun they have is priceless! Cons: you have to pay for a subscription to access the song list which once your free trial has ended feels a bit expensive to continue. (We had no problems cancelling the free trial). You still need good quality speakers to link the machine up to which luckily we had a Sony radio/cd player that plays excellent sound. Only one mic means you fight over the mic when singing so we bought another which add to cost.

Excellent fun! Can be quite confusing to set up - I haven't managed to get it to work through TV speakers for example - but it works really well with external speakers. The mic is heavy and good quality. The mixer works really well. Expensive but we had a 30th, a hen and a wedding planned so it was well worth it!

Got this for my children for Christmas, was unable to use it as it says it came with a AUX cable to connect to IPAD, it didn’t only cables so had to buy the AUX cable separately.

The Lucky Voice Party Box is brilliant. It blows all other karaoke machines out of the water because of the huge variety of songs that can be streamed from the website. There are songs from all popular genres and periods so there's something for everyone and you can flick between songs very quickly as the mood takes you. While one person is singing others can be queueing songs in the playlist. The small audio mixer that comes with the unit is discrete and amplifies the sound from the microphones (1 or 2 - I'd recommend 2) and mixes it with streamed audio track from the PC headphone socket. The mixed sound is then output to whatever music system you want to use. I find the best results are obtained when you let your hi-fi do most of the amplification as the mixer amp is adequate for the purpose but your hi-fi amp is likely to be considerably better. The microphone supplied with the unit is fine and the lead is good and long. All in all well worth the money and the subscription to the website (not essential but gives you access to far more songs) is good value, particularly if you opt for the 1 year option. This was a gift for our daughter, but we use it far more and it has provided some great entertainment.

We wanted this karaoke machine with mic for a child's party, thank goodness we attempted to set up a few days before our party, this still took a few hours to set up and suggests it needs to be way simpler. So disappointed in the quality of the microphones they also worked haphazardly. The system sometimes played through TV but was not consistent enough to use for a party & couldn't use for the party at all. We had brought additional Microphone but this was the same. It's a shame as it looked really neat and the coloured Microphones were fab. The after sales were very poor - zero response to phone calls and very delayed response to email. Infact so late that we had already returned product for a full refund and party had been & gone. Despite getting a free trial you still need to add full credit card details and this we also didn't like. Especially as it would only be used a couple of times a year. We cancelled subscription same day as signing up.

Worked well over Christmas and lots of fun. Easy plug and play but as others have said you do need to sign up to the programme to get all the music. However I'm sure there are lots of free versions available if you know how. I signed up as it was easier, and was impressed with the selection available and also a cheaper mic I already had plugged in too and worked well so we had the please of two awful singers at once! It is a nice sturdy bit of kit and very easy to use, just plugged into my existing PC speakers.

I'm a big fan of karaoke, having been to the dedicated karaoke booths in Japan and in the UK, so purchased this for a pub birthday party last Saturday night. I already had the Lucky Voice app, which is great, and this goes very well with it, easy to set up and use. Obviously you won't get the sound quality or range of songs that they have in karaoke booths, but they still have a massive range of songs including some obscure numbers and the sound is decent. It totally put the old karaoke system in the pub to shame! If you just want to use it occasionally, then you can subscribe and unsubscribe to the paid app as and when required.

Very easy to hook up and use. The revert is a bit too basic with only an adjustable echo effect. There was quite a bit of static noise when the music isn't playing but that's pretty much expected at this price. The app works surprisingly well though.

Leider wird nirgends erwähnt, dass man ein Monatsabo abschließen muss (luckyvoice.com), um Zugriff auf die Songs zu bekommen. Das sind monatlich nochmal 4,99£! Weiterhin ist die Partybox auch nur mit einem englischen Stecker ausgestattet, ein Adapter ist also erforderlich.

Sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto. L'unica cosa che segnalo è che ho dovuto comprare l'adattatore perché la presa è americana. Comunque lo consiglierei.
