Quality item very light to carry

I bought this product as wanted to to take the family fishing on a loch and as it's been either raining or being very sunny felt we needed shelter. The item reached us in a few days. It came in it own carry case which feels slimy especially the handles(probably not going to last long). Inside was the umbrella, pole, pegs, guy rope and cover. I set it up in the garden or was simple to do and took 2 mins. The cover zips onto the umbrella and is a bit fidgety in places but it took only a minute. I did not peg it down as I have slabs and artificial turf so not much soil to peg it down. As you can see it fits 2 chairs but can comfortablly acomodate 3 chairs or 4 at a push.It was very easy to dismantle and pack up.Unfortunately it had two pin holes at its tip and a few tiny scratch marks. So I hope to return it for a replacement but during the process accidentally requested a refund.So now need to order a new one, which I plan on doing.Despite the pin holes, it's still feels like it's made from quality material. As I plan on using it on wet days and not during gale force winds, it should stand up.I recommend this product, it has great reviews and feels sturdy enough.

Great price, easy to put up, nice tilt action.. cover bag useful....my only slight criticism is that it is a little heavy, that apart , I would recommend , I used mine Sunday as a Sun shade!!...

First order came missing parts, it was quickly rectified by the supplier so on customer service they are exceptional.The quality of the umbrella, the actuall umbrella could do with sealing as it will let rain in the stitched areas(arms) under heavy rain.Also the side panels anchor points are particularly vulnerable, a few big gusts of wind and they will rip right off the material, currently down to one anchor point and have had to duct tape the entire bottom to anchor it down with pegs.Another weak point is the tilt feature, which is very flimsy feeling, literally only held up by a small bit of pipe, which is slightly to wide in diameter so the head of the brolly constantly sways on the pole joint in wind.Other than those few design flaws, it has kept me fairly dry so can't complain at the price.This review is meant to help the supplier improve the product, not put people off buying it.If you're on a budget I definitely recommend this, but of you're going out in storms ect, I'd go for something a little more heavy duty as this will struggle.

Be aware this item is not free returns. You have to pay to return it and the cost is almost the price of the item. Very disappointing as I’m disabled and I know it’s my own fault I ordered the wrong size.This size is far too big for me to handle…
