Nice quality but some negatives
Nice quality and well built. Comfortable but short for a tall person. No charger or plug and no side table included. One of my chairs was damaged in shipping but customer service was quick to respond. I was offered a replacement and “white glove service”-2 man delivery and set up. On guy showed, dragged the new chair inside and did set up. Took damaged chair and left it outside my door saying he didn’t have a pick up order. Had to pay someone to haul away the damaged one. Not as happy with purchase as I hoped for an expensive chair.

Perfect
I purchased the Valencia Tuscany Heat & Massage Edition Home Theater Seating (Row of 2) for my husband for Christmas. The shipping was great, and the sales rep was extremely helpful. He kept me informed about the status of the order and answered all my questions. The quality of the set is incredible. I ordered it well in advance of Christmas, so my husband received his gift early. We have two big German Shepherds who love the seats as well. The leather doesn't even scratch with their nails. I think this set will last us much longer than our previous recliners.

Chairs are beautiful.
Just received the chairs. They were packaged well and received without damage. They were easy to assemble, wires are color coded making it very simple to hookup. The quality of the leather seems top notch and they are very comfortable. We were assigned a customer service representative who kept in constant contact with us from the time we placed the order until they knew we had them assembled. So far great customer service.
