Effective headwear to stop me banging my head in the loft
Effective headwear to stop me banging my head in the loft. I have a habit of scraping my head on the low beams in the loft. Being follically challenged this often leads to unsightly grazes. This hat (which my wife asks me when I'm going to rides a horse), does the job of protecting my scalp, although the plasic lining can make the head a bit sweatty in a short time. A cloth, or kitchen towel on the head eases this problem, but the hat is fit definitely for purpose.

This hat is fairly generous in size but gives plenty of protection. I find it useful when mowing under trees with low branches but it will obviously have many uses

Well made hat
A well made protective hat, although it only comes in one size and is on the large side for my head. I added some extra padding at the sides and it is a better fit!

Found the plastic shell wasn't secure inside the fabric so the forehead band slipped and digged in - returned for refund
