I love looking at these cards. They are vibrant, luminescent, beautiful! I enjoy the way the light plays with the gold foil and bring out certain aspects. Also, the various reflective designs that have been added to the cards enhance the feel, effect and meaning of the cards. There is nothing boring about this Rider-Waite deck. The backs are gorgeous, too. They have an elegance but they are fun. The cards feel thin but in no way fragile. I read reviews before purchasing and the reviews are correct about how utterly slippery these cards are. You'll get jumpers. They're flexible but they slide around more than any deck I have and I own a lot of decks. They remind me of how children have so much energy they find it difficult to stay put. They're here, there and everywhere. Lol. Seriously, get ready to just try holding them without some of the cards getting away from you. Lol. However, the fact that they're lively doesn't bother me. I just have to handle them and not let them handle me. For sure. Also, other reviews mention the chemical smell of the cards. They weren't kidding or lying to you! It's definitely there, so be prepared for how you're going to deal with that, e.g., what methods you're going to use to reduce or get rid of the scent. The box is sturdy, very nice, opening from the side with a magnetic closure. I am so glad I purchased this deck.

Having 100s of different types of Tarot decks, one thing is for sure that this deck is top of my list. Even tho I was hesitant to purchase a pvc deck and under the impression that the gold foil look might appear tacky and cheap, I assure you that my thoughts were wrong and I am so thankful that i took the chance to order the deck. Firstly, the deck comes with a beautiful heavy duty Tarot cloth of high quality in my personal opinion and a reasonable size to do a full reading comfortably. The Cards, O....M.....W..., The Cards are so beautifully done and keeping to the original structure to the RWS standard (which I prefer) as well as the 3d look to it, makes it seems as each card is a portal into the structure of each card. The Gold foil in my personal opinion is of a very high standard and even tho the cards are flexible and waterproof - you wont find me doing that to them. (That should tell you that the cards may appear to be of a cheaper version but in handling and in person they are beyond gorgeous.) For anyone considering purchasing this deck, I will say if you are into the RWS with a royal appearance to them - this deck is for you! Thank you - 5 out of 5 in all aspects to this beautiful deck!

Gorgeous cards. Great quality. A little slippery but I can get use to it. They shuffle well to! Only thing I noticed is you could tell if your really looking… is that the sun on the back had one direction, so you can kind of tell if your going to flip a card reversed or upright ( but only if your looking at the card as you pull!) If the sun faced both directions, they you would t be able to tell. Great looking cards though!

This particular deck, from this particular seller/ store - is one of the best I have ever seen ❤️! The colors are Brilliant , the size is Perfect, they seem to be very Resilient and have a Strong Feel to them when you are holding them... Comfortable . I say that they are Well Worth the Price, and probably even More So. In my opinion, I Truly Believe this Seller could Double the price and Still make a Killing... AT LEAST Double, because you want to take into consideration the Extra Accessories that are included With the Tarot cards... I am Curious to know what Other goodies this Seller may have to Offer... To get the bad out of the way, there are a few cards of mine that don't appear perfectly center. While it's only millimeters and not that noticeable, and probably not going to affect you unless you're picking a card from a face down spread, I feel like I'm obligated to knock a star for this. I really expected higher precision for something as basic as that. This deck is so different from my paper decks. Other reviews are right that they are super slippery despite the foil texture, as well as the first ten seconds of removing the shrink wrap giving off a strong citrus odor which probably gave me a cancer boost, but just look at them. The textures, luster, and colors look magnificent by candlelight. I took two pictures, with and without flash, although maybe a video would do better justice for the cards. Even the instruction booklet comes in full color. I never received a booklet in color before. Waterproof is huge plus for these as well, not that I plan to go swimming with them, but just in case I ever get caught in the rain with these. Plus if someone spills a drink on them, you can wash them. Any tarot readers who travel for work should find this useful, such as at a Ren-Fest booth. I'm pretty sure they will crease if you fold them all the way, so I'm not doing a destruction test on mine. I don't know how oils will react to PVC, but I'm assuming you can safely anoint the deck if that is something you do. I've never done it before. The tablecloth comes wrapped around the hard box, set inside of the soft box package. It has a pretty cool looking zodiac design, but mine had a tiny area where paint didn't get applied. The cloth itself is a fabric soft plastic material, similar to some types of reusable shopping bags or those unusable rain ponchos. It's kind of nice though as something free to go with the deck, especially if you want to leave your better tablecloths at home. Whether you're taking this deck with you into the woods, or setting it up on a family alter, it should be good to use for all occasions. The price is not bad at all either, cheaper than many paper decks.

Beautiful deck!

Beautiful cards but they are a lot more "gold" and reflective than I expected from the images. I was expecting it to be more cream/ivory with gold accents. Anyway, it was night time when I first opened it and it did not look good under lights. I've used it in the mornings since and it looks a lot better in natural light. One of these was on a bright day out of direct sunlight - and the other is in the same location on a slightly overcast day. I think it looked the best on the overcast day. In other respects, I like it. The box is nice. I agree the cards are slippery but that makes them very easy to shuffle (I feel like I'm shuffling like an expert, lol). I can't comment on durability but I'm gentle with my decks so hopefully they will last a while.

You will not regret it if you buy it! They are mesmerising cards to look at. Top notch quality and stunning and they are perfect size also. They arrived well packed and in perfect conditions Affordable as well for this quality Thank you
