We own a sports chiropractic office and have these hooks in every room to show our patients how to do their rehab exercises with the resistance bands. I anchored them to the wall with stronger anchors but if it is for home is the anchors that come with it should be fine.

These are sturdy and a great design for managing exercise band workouts. Bought six to mount three for myself and my wife (high, low, and shoulder level. Such a simple, unobtrusive way to set up a space for exercising with bands. So happy to get rid of other equipment.

Great for what they are designed for. These work great for band workouts. They are not designed to support body weight unless your a young teen.
