Recommended to me by a Professional chef this Blackened Cajan Seasoning is the best seasoning I have ever tasted. We put it on both Chicken and Salmon and the kids throw it into their fajita stir fry to give them that extra zing. It's far superior to the small jars of the Cajan Seasoning you buy in the supermarkets, and works out better value. We have it on Subscribe and save its used that much. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Big flavour, big value
This is a BIG bottle of spice and it has a decent amount of chilli. With supermarket own-brands I always seem to need to add chilli. So far, I've used this on chips, salmon and "riblets". I'm looking at doing some Cajun-inspired dishes such as maque choux, Cajun chicken alfredo etc.

10/10 taste. Great chicken fish and meat in general. We use it 5 out of 7 days a week so may say addictive ahah!

I first bought this when I lived in England back in 2012, and I have purchased it since returning to the U.S. It is the best overall seasoning for mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs. deviled eggs, potato salad, and the list goes on and on.
