Build quality is very poor
Connection hoses feels low quality plastic and the tap body is very thin. Easily bendable and breakable.

Elegant and Functional
At first, I was facing low flow problem. So, I contacted the customer care. They guided me to loosen the screws of the counter weight on the outlet pipe which was causing the pipe to squeeze and decrease the flow. Now, The product works like a charm. Not facing any issues now.

Please refrain from this product as the brand do not believe in after sales support. The calls won't be answered or neglected. There are beautiful brands like Alton which believes in support.

Extreme low quality product, no flow even after very good water pressure and no services available, no one respond on WhatsApp number available

Was not working when tried with water tap
I have enough pressure to my tap but still when attached the tap was not functioning very slow water was coming out of the tap.

Useful product super
After a long research finally i received the best product . And practically when product came to my house , i identified quality of the product is super awsome and look and feel is very premium and mainly the design is very attractive and even enhancing the looks of kitchen. And the top of the sink tap is removable 360 degree which is very cool and makes it very easy to use and even washing plates in sink with the removable head is very easy. And its pure stainless steel and the Pixaflo brand is providing a 10 year warranty on this which is very good. I am super happy with this product.

Cheap product
Pull out tap quality is like purchased from local shop. After 4 days of returning product still refund is not given
